RUBBING
hi ive got a 04 wrx wagon with 18x8" prodrive wheels fitted its also got eibach springs and have noticed that they rub on the arches when cornering hard. is there any solution other than having the arches rolled.
Mine does the same, lowered, and on 18x7 OZ prodrives- it just rubs the arch on the drivers side enought to make a noise and take a tiny bit off the sidewall.
I am running the 225 tyres that should be ok on a new age.
Their are only two options; roll the arches, or go to 215 section tyres as you would run on a classic.
Curiously though it only rubs on the drivers side, regardless of how the car is loaded (before I get any 'fat ****' jokes
)
