could any1 tell me if i put these springs on a new age impreza with 19" wheels,would it knock camber out and scrub inside of tyres..also how much lower are they? 20 or 30 mm .thanks

Can tell you that on mine the front dropped 35mm, rear 20mm. You should get the camber re-set after as by removing the struts to fit the springs you will most probably throw the settings out anyway, camber can be re-set how you wish after, most prople opt for some additional negative camber to improve the handling. will wear the inners quicker.
