Leda ride height Q

Having done a search and found nothing here's a question for all you running Leda:
<B>What is the default ride height</B> (front and back)? I know that they lower 35mm front and 25mm rear from std but that does not help me since I don't know std ride height. So measurements from centre of wheel to arch please!
The reason I ask is because I have left the infamous Leda workshop twice with 2 different settings. (It's now not a low as it was the first time... and I can now get into my garage without using a home-made bridge
