So tomorrow I intend to try to be as helpful as possible while a friend changes all four of his shocks (RB5 WR Sport)..

Anyone give me any tips so I won't look like a complete tool?

I am reasonably handy with spanners when it comes to taking apart, putting together etc., but are there any hidden nuts / screws etc or tips for seperating parts that may be reluctant to split?

Any "n00b instructions" ?
