Recommended ARB setting?
#1
There really is no set reccomendation. It's a matter of personal preference. Experiment - thats the great thing about the adjustable bar. But be careful. We've had a number of people here in the US (who get zero actual driver training at all - just an easy test about the rules of the road) who have set their ARB to full stiff and tossed it hard into the first corner they come to only to toss the car off the road!. You can get in between setings by setting each side differently (e.g. right side hole 2, left hole 3). The hole farthest out on the blade is softest, farthest in is stiffest. Stiffer will result in less understeer but more off-throttle oversteer and less independent movement of the suspension.

I've just fitted the Whiteline ALK, droplinks and rear 22 mm ARB to combat understeer on trackdays. What is the recommended setting for the ARB (currently set to hole 2 on both sides)? Eibach springs, stock dampers.
