thinking of uprating the springs on my type R. just wondering if anyone knows or can point out a website which provides the srping rates for scoobys?

what is the best spring rate to run the car? to be used for track and daily drive to work?

what are the measurement unit for the readings?

doh! just found pounds per inch. didnt realise sti6 is running so stiff?!!!

yeah, perhaps the type R's and RA's all have the really stiff springs. i'm running 450/275 if that makes the STi6 seem more sensible.

475?!!! how is the ride then? rock hard or bearable?

for my v4 type r just thinking of running the sti6 rates, should be stiff enuff. 295/275 is about 100 lb/inch more than my current set up.

kippax, u/re in manchester? can i ask for a ride in your car then? :P i'm in manchester too.
