yep. removing the struts to fit the new springs will upset the existing geometry- you won't believe the difference when its all done!

nb,
toe-in (wheels angled inwards at the front) increases straight line stability but reduces turn in ability. negative camber (wheels angled inward at the top) can reduce loss of grip as the body rolls in corners.
1mm total toe front and rear with 1.5 deg negative camber all round should do it.
