From what I gather m8, you'll be lucky to get a 25mm drop with eibachs.
Seems most don't fit them to lower the car, more to improve the handling.
To lower it go for a coilover kit.
I reckon in answer to your question they won't rub.

what it is is the springs that are advertised say they are -35mm lowering springs i know i havn`t heard of them either that is why i am making sure they are ok thanks for your reply

The only Eibach springs I would fit to your car are either the aftermarket Pro Kit springs which are designed to work with the OE dampers on the pre MY01 cars, or the Eibach springs which are badged as Prodrive and are only available as part of the PPP suspension upgrade from dealers (which includes the Billie dampers as well).
These do lower the car, but only by a little.

fitted Eibachs myself a little while ago (2nd hand), only dropped 20mm and these should have already 'bedded themselves in' (being 2nd hand) as discussed on several other threads !!!
Got the TSL alignment done after they were fitted,
These were on 17" P1 wheels not 18's, though and I have had no problems,
