Default Question on STI vs WRX bushes - GC8

I've got hold of some alloy STI lower control arms (and ARB drop links) to put on my GC8 Turbo 2000 track/weekend car.

I was planning on swapping over the front poly bush and whiteline anti-lift rear bush from the stock steel arms, but just seen some info to suggest they might be different sizes, is that right?

Also, do you think its ok to gently heat the alloy arms with a blowtorch to aid removal of the original bush?

if hey are both GC8 then no difference, the bush should simply push out with a press no heat required

you will have to swap the front d/links to the ball joint style rather than the solid bar the UK cars use

Thanks for confirming what I thought was the case.
From what I could see they both looked the same, and I was skeptical off the information anyway!

Thanks
