I was going to go down the route of the Eibach Pro kit as I usually do with my cars but after a read up on here, it seems that PCA replicates various spring rates for prodrive springs etc.

I know its hard to pick one spring and damper that will suit exactly what I want but thats what Im hoping for as I don't really want to be chopping and changing suspension. I was just going to go for a spring but as my car is on 109k now, Im thinking that changing the dampers would be a good idea as well.

For dampers I was thinking of sticking with KYB dampers - unsure as to which ones though and what PCA springs would be a good match for fast road use?

Hi exactly the same situation I'm in, I have to chose in the next 10 days! KYB-G seems to be what everyone sells.
