Prodrive UK300/Triplus UK300 Difference ?

Is there a difference between the Triplus UK300 and the Prodrive UK300? I have seen both advertised with their respective names and would like to know if there is a difference between them or is it all in the name?

Prodrive (in the UK anyway when I asked) will tell you the Prodrive / UK300 lights aren't made by Triplus...
don't know who makes the Prodrive lights "officially"
but I've heard of a set of lights from the far east AFAIR that were copies of well known lights (can't remember whether they were copying UK300 / Morettes / WRC lights) that just threw light everywhere - no beam aiming possible 
so were completely useless
