UK300 refresh
Looking at starting to refresh/restore the underside of my UK300 and was wondering what people’s thoughts were on poly bushing it. I want the car to be as close to factory as it can but at the same time want it to last & drive well just torn between standard factory rubber bushes & poly bushes. I’m not planning on lowering the car either Just factory spec ride heights. Thank you in advance for any help and advice

I've gone for a mix of both on my classic resto, subframe and diff t brace etc uses the new standard rubber bushes from ICP.
whilst all the arms, drop links, arbs etc use uprated ones from superpro/whiteline and hard race (hardened rubber though on hard race arms).

This ones still in bits
But I had similar parts on my previous green classic. The Super Pro stuff is decent quality as is the whiteline.. theres no noticeable amount of NVH increase really and it felt a lot better (granted everything was replaced on the 20 year old chassis with new items, subframes and even lateral arm bolts etc)

Sounds good, think I’ll go a similar route with the bushes and definitely with the bolts and fixings. Every bolt at the rear seems to be seized and every metal plate has some sort of rust. Looking forward to fixing her up though. Only been in the garage a week & im missing driving it
