scooby921 spacers - top or bottom of top hat?
putting the following assembly on an 04 wrx wagon (rear):
tokico d spec strut, RCE regular guy springs, saggy butt spacers, group N top hats. i bought the scooby 921 spacers to allow for the different strut top configuration, but i need to know whether the 921's go above or below the top hat - cant seem to find this information anywhere. thanks!
