Pedders suspension kits.., any feedback?
Got a set on my Hawkeye. Fitted to replace the knocking rear shocks. Cars sits lower and feels more planted in the twisties, and remains a comfortable daily drive. Can't compare them to coilovers as I've never had a set of coilovers before. The one thing I did notice after having mine fitted was a slight rattle when driving over uneven surfaces, but I think they've simply exposed weaker rear ARB bushes which could with uprating - noise is akin to failing bushes but at the moment is only slight. So no complaints on my part really and they've been on now for nearly 8 months; but that said, Powerwrx on here had to have his rears replaced under warranty due to a known issue with the rear springs under performing on early sets. Scoobyclinic fitted mine so might be worth giving them a call to discuss, or have a word with Dan_RA on here as he works there.
Have full peddlers ezifit struts and springs on my forester sti. Very good indeed. Handling good and slightly softer than standard sti suspension. Rate them highly indeed. Good kit.
Just changed my old drop links and car is whisper quiet and lovely now.

Good feedback as the only other reports when I was fishing around (a few years back now) was from the Oz Subaru forums and their consensus was slightly overlowering and the ride was bouncy
Possibly those 'underperforming springs?'
Might reconsider fitting some on my FSTi. BPR - could I ask you to post up a pic of how yours sits on them? Thanks

Comfortable, and much better than the standard struts. I can't compare them to coilovers because I've never had coilovers fitted - mainly because folks say they are too harsh for British roads, but the pedders are far from harsh and cope well. It's my daily drive which carries the kids and a full acoustic drumkit at the weekends and there are no complaints.
Fitted pedders to my sti blob and I'm very happy after ditching coilovers!
I think there great for daily driving especially on typical UK roads although maybe a bit soft for track.

Habit means I try and avoid them as best I can, but when I do hit them the pedders seem to soak them up, and speed bumps too. Definitely not a crashy ride (as was my apprehension when I first took the plunge to have them fitted).
