The balljoints themselves are but you need the alloy arms to come with the steel cones that fit between the balljoint and the control arm.

Maybe try your subaru dealer, It's not expensive part, I paid mine around 20 eur per cone few years ago.

There isn't a Subaru dealership in Portugal any more, unfortunately.
