Default Cusco Coilovers; can they be rebuilt?

I've popped a seal on one of my cusco coilovers on the rear of my GC8.

I don't really want to shell out for new ones so is there anyone that can rebuild my existing ones?

That's annoying... they're pretty old now so not really worth putting much money into
