use the slightly lower pca dynamics wrx springs - which are suitable for the wagon.
or
If you want something stiffer and lower still - more for flat, smooth roads:
kyb ultra sr twin-tube
324035
324034
324037
324036
use pca dynamics rb320 front spring.
Use Febi 27848 bump stops for the front - dome side up.
There are 2 versions of PCA Dynamics STI rear spring (softer and stiffer), given you've got a wagon, I'd ask Peter at PCA, for his advise. I'd guess he'll suggest the stiffer version, to account for the extra rear weight.

I have been in touch with kyb and they have said the part numbers do not fit the 2.5 wrx wagon so I have no idea where to get new struts from now

Just to explain what I'm getting at:
No mounting difference between 2.0 and 2.5 wagon dampers.
The part numbers I've listed are twin-tube dampers - that's why you'll need seperate bump stops.
So, the dampers listed will fit, but they're not inverted.
Many people would say don't buy inverted struts for the newage, because of the failure rate.
Hope that makes sense now.

I have recently fitted front shocks to my Hawk WRX wagon and can confirm part numbers you require are 334462 and 334463.
My thread about this is here.

While there I would also suggest doing the suspension top mounts. If mine were anything to go by after 65k the bearings were shot.
For a cheeky little upgrade you can fit the Group-N mounts. They are only a few £ more than the stock items and did make a difference IMHO.

Good luck

you have no choice but to change the bump stops. The standard shocks are the inverted style and the new ones will be the more traditional MacPherson style. Bump stop is inside the shock, even if you remove them the internal diameter is too small to fit on the new shocks.
Bump stops here. Shared this link as the people were very helpful in finding the correct parts for me.

It may well be expensive to get all these bits together but it will save you time and hassle down the line. Would be a PITA if a top mount bearing went in a few months.
other thing to note is the camber bolt position on the shock. Try to get it roughly in the same place but get a 4 wheel alignment done after.

Bump stops/dust boots do not come with new twin-tube struts.
Inverted struts have hidden, internal bump stops - 12mm id
Twin-tube struts have visible, external bump stops - 22mm id
Bump stops are in fact a secondary spring, or spring aid. They are crucial to handling, They are a wear item and should be changed - as previously mentioned, in post 8.
kyb 910046 is correct for you, if using stock or near stock rear ride heights.
kyb 910142 is correct if using stock front ride heights. If lowering front ride height, use Febi 27848 bump stops, dome side up.
Stock front stop v Febi 27848 front stop
As FuZzBom rightly says, very wise to do the top mounts, at the same time.
You could use whiteline kca335 front top mounts, group n type rubber and offset to increase caster and/or camber.
Wouldn't bother with group n top mounts at the rear, on a road car, as they're under significantly less stress than the front and increase nvh.
