Default AST SPORTLINE 1 or BC COILOVERS
Guys,

Currently i have a set of AST 1's on my gc8 impreza and thinking about sending them for a rebuild.

My question is, is it worth rebuilding them or just buying a set of BC's instead ?

Price difference between rebuilding and buying new is minimal.

Are they really? I had seen some reviews complaining about squeaks and so on but all shocks have an issue of some kind or another.

in my experience of having some from new they are sh1te.
oem shocks and lower springs are a far far far better set up

My mate had ast and they packed up after a few years so there not perfect

£300 + the dreaded to get them refurbed it thereabouts (not including any faulty items found during rebuild I.e. Shafts)
