Yep its rear thrust, based in Bucks, but can be shipped.

What years do those wagon cargo covers fit? I'll have one if it will work on an '04.

It comes with the correct Nissan plug which is simple to wire in.

the 2004 cam covers are they a full set as photo of later ones and are they AVCS?

Should do mate, will require a small wiring change. (you would need to get the MAP adjusted also I think)
