Newage Blitz Nur Spec and STI5 revolution system, 3" sport cat, Harvey headers, uppipe
Hi guys
Having taken Fluffy apart after the plan to buy her back, rebuild her better etc didn't work out, I have various bits for sale.
I also changed the exhaust system on the Blobeye too for something quieter. I haven't cleaned any of the parts in the pictures, what you see is what you get
NEWAGE exhaust parts
1. Blitz Nur Spec R full system off a 2003 twin scroll JDM STI. This goes from your downpipe to the back of the car. Sadly the previous owner didn't tell me that due to a propshaft problem, he had the top of the downpipe repaired but the repair is of good quality, I just couldn't see it until it came off the car. Also, due to the previous owner running the car too low, the underside of the centre section is worn from speed hump scrapes but still in perfect working order. While it is technically a MS3070 - JDM model, it doesn't taper down to 2.5" at the downpipe end, it is full 3". Comes complete with bung.
This means that you will need to match it to a 3" downpipe. Please be certain that this will fit your car before you consider buying. The easiest way to figure this out on your Newage is if you measure the point between the bottom securing bracket on your downpipe (bolts to the gearbox I think?) and the flange where it bolts to the centre section, this needs to be about 16". If it is around 12.5" then I am told that this won't fit.

I think £260 collected from Farnham, Surrey or £275 delivered is a perfectly fair price. I can also provide you with a copy of the original purchase receipt from 01/2011.
CLASSIC EXHAUST PARTS - Removed from my STI5
2. Revolution 3" exhaust system, from downpipe to the back of the car - SOLD SOLD SOLD. I love this system, gives a nice deep sound but is quiet as far as Scooby exhaust go. Bought new from Revolution in 2007 if memory serves and did 30k miles on the car. As stated, 3" system so you need to match it up to a 3" downpipe, the 3" sport cat below that I had specifically modified for this system might be a good option .

I think £150 collected from Farnham, Surrey is a perfectly fair price.
3. Scoobyworld Ninja Sport Cat modified by Hayward & Scott to 3" exit and wrapped with 95% intact DEI heatwrap - SOLD SOLD SOLD, the CAT section is doubled wrapped if memory serves. I had this modified to specifically mate to the Revolution system above. Passed all MOT emission tests while I owned it and I have MOT test passes up to this year with it on from the previous owner so have to assume that it is still working as expected, but I haven't stuck a mirror in to the cat yet to double check it. Did 30k miles on the car.

I think £100 collected from Farnham, Surrey is a perfectly fair price, subject to me checking the cat section as well as I can at least!
4. Harvey Smith Ported & Wrapped headers - SOLD SOLD SOLD(DEI heatwrap pretty shot now). Purchased from Harvey for £230 in 10/2007. Did 30k miles on the car.
Pictures here:
http://www.ftaclan.net/clanftp/nick/...3/SAM_0186.JPG
http://www.ftaclan.net/clanftp/nick/...3/SAM_0187.JPG
I think £120 collected from Farnham, Surrey is a perfectly fair price. - SOLD TO TRUSS
5. Harvey Smith Ported & heatwrapped MkIII Uppipe - SOLD SOLD SOLD. Purchased from Harvey for £140 in 09/2007. Did 30k miles on the car.
Pictures here:
http://www.ftaclan.net/clanftp/nick/...3/SAM_0188.JPG
http://www.ftaclan.net/clanftp/nick/...3/SAM_0189.JPG
I think £70 collected from Farnham, Surrey is a perfectly fair price or £80 delivered. - SOLD TO BIGBALLS
I would consider a little bit of a discount if somebody wanted the entire STI5 setup. Payment preferred via either Bank Transfer or Paypal if the buyer covers the fees.
Thanks,
Nick

Guys, if you have random questions such as "will this uppipe fit my Bugeye", please don't send them to me via PM as I have no clue to a lot of Scooby stuff these days. Please post questions on this thread so if you are lucky, other people that do know may post and help you with your question.

Yes there are, but this is the one that 90% of members on here will need (i.e. standard Subaru fitment, and OEM headers).
These ones had a few variants, one with an EGT sensor bung, one without. This looks to be the latter, which is fine unless the buyer wants to retain the EGT rather than mapping it out or using the resistor fix (WRX).
I bought my third one of these recently, having had a two bolt one (like this) on my old WRX, and then latterly on my current blob.
Then bought a 3 bolt to go with my GT Spec headers.
As I did a back to back comparison comparing a Hayward & Scott up pipe to the Harvey 2 bolt item on my old car, I can say that the car gained around 8bhp and 10ft/lbs on the Harvey pipe, and spooled around 300-400RPM earlier in the rev range.
For the money they're a fantastic mod and a terrific improvement over standard up pipes.

Busy afternoon guys work-wise so I will reply to PMs when I get the chance.

Ok guys. Bigballs is first in line for the uppipe and has been messaged for confirmation. Harrisard is second in line.
Truss is first in line for the headers and has been messaged for confirmation.
Bigballs, Truss may be in your neck of the woods and was asking about me arranging delivery on the headers so perhaps you guys can come to an arrangement if you do drop off the M3 and pick the uppipe up from me?
Thanks,
Nick

Everything shipped as promised today guys. No love for the exhaust systems? The Revolution one especially, is lovely IMO and if you are worried that it can't handle decent power, that isn't the case at all, can handle pretty well whatever you throw at it south of 500 bhp, maybe more if memory serves Jay runs one still - https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-...endations.html
Pictures of it fitted to my old baby here:

I think the system is a bargain and would have had another one on the Blob in a heartbeat if they had done the fitting I wanted.
Also, in the next few days I will be advertising various other things from the STI5, such as a full Defi gauge setup in triple A Pillar pod, all 3 custom bonnet scoops, the bootlid with spoiler, full Wilwood 6/4 pot brake system, Hyperflow TMIC, great condition front/rear seats, crystal light pack, etc etc etc .

Sorry, all sorts of horrors going on at work so have been slack replying. Sorry Paddy but for me to take apart that exhaust system, with already nicely coked up, sealed slip joints, make up packaging and arrange shipping to Ireland, it just isn't worth my time for that money

Ok, after a weekend moving exhaust parts around in order to pressure wash the patio, I gave in and took apart the Revolution system as it was annoying me. I am pretty sure that I have enough packaging that I can cobble together, to be able to arrange shipping for either exhaust system.
Saying that though, no idea how much that is going to cost as both may well be over 25kg and the boxes will be fairly large.
