Brembos, ESL, H&S, GC8 WRX Parts
Hi all,
I am selling these un-required parts I have collected over the last couple of years, so grab yourselves a bargain (or two)! I am based near Basildon, Essex and would prefer collection, but I will post them at cost if required.
All parts fit the 1996 GC8 WRX Import.
Below is a list if the parts available, I have attached some pics but if you require more pm me and I can e-mail them to you. (Header pics to be uploaded soon)
Some more info on the ESL:
I contacted Andy from ESL and he advised that this version V1 is generic, unmappable, set up for about 1.1bar of boost, 11:1 AFR and a bit less timing. Basically it is a plug and play chip suitable for a car with minor mods such as decat exhaust system and air filter a bit like the PPP ECU's. Originally cost circa £200, plus the Z4 ECU which also needed a board to hold this chip soldered in too.
6-2-13 - After doing some research I believe the tubular headers are GT spec 2 un-equal length with matching 3 bolt up-pipe. I have attached some pictures I took yesterday of the headers. The 3 bolt up-pipe is the same quality without any flexi-joint.

- Hayward and Scott Backbox (2.5" Pipework) £100 - Warning, VERY loud! Good Condition.
- Pair of 2003 STI Gold Brembo Front Brake calipers £SOLD - The n/s caliper has a scuff on the front where the previous owner used too thin wheel spacers which rubbed. This did not bother me as I was going to do them in black. Could easily be touched up.
- Alloy Strut Brace (JDM) £20 - Not mint but would still do a turn.
- V1/2 STI/RA Slanty Intercooler £SOLD - Good Condition.
- Z4 ECU with ESL Daughterboard V1 93-96 £150
- Facelift Headlights (Pair) Electronic Height Adjustable £30
- Sidelight £8 - Nearside (Standard Part)
- Stainless Steel Headers with 3 Bolt Up-Pipe £200 (Unequal Length)- These are used but very good condition and are a work of art!
