all pins/pistons are free moving

these were sold to me and paid for about two weeks ago, I haven't received delivery and no replys to my messages. Very concerned I've been had and if I do not get a reply this evening will put it in the hands of Pay Pal.

If you pay the fees then yes mate your entitled if you sent as a gift then you won't be which way did you use bud?

Know how you feel bud got ripped off on here while ago with a number plate dude it's soul destroying but am sure one day our paths will cross and ill get my money back and some :-D revenge is a dish best served cold mate hope you somehow get your money back fingers crossed.

no I gifted it mate, so payed the fees that way but means there was no sale of goods.
pay pal payment was on 30th Oct.
Since then he PM'd me 1) that the pads had gone missing so goods not as described, did I want a refund or part refund for just the calipers, I said no I just wanted the calipers and was happy with the price paid.
2) He said he would get them on a parcel force 24, to make up for lost time, this PM came on the 7th Nov, since then I've heard nothing.

I received a full refund from the seller this morning.
I understand something has happened, I hope it's not too serious, so the slate is wiped clean and I wish him the best.
