Default td05 20g/18g

Have a td05 20g and 18g , this is a converted genuine MHI td05 using kamak compressor wheel and housing + rebuild kit , with performance thrust bearings
and brand new 1 bar actuator.

they both will require a new turbine housing , as the housings were both showing hairline cracks ,

turbine housing is approx £80 delivered from kamkak ( they also supply twin scroll housing as well)

looking for £250 each delivered

also can upgrade the standard 20g to billet 20g for £150 extra , ( includes balancing)

only selling as change of plans

I could convert the af20g to billet wheel , but would work out better cost wise if you sell your af20g and buy a whole turbo from me ,

( it would be about £500 for the billet 20g (including the new exhaust housing and balancing etc... ready to bolt on )

thanks

Hi jeff,

Interesting thread.
Are you now supplying turbos as well upgrading others to billet wheels.

Maybe you could provide a price list for the range here? Good result for the 16g, which member did you do this for, will be good to see their supporting mods

Cheers

Have you got the housing for the 20g?
I might be being a bit thick but is it hard to put the housing on? No experience with turbos at all!

Hi mate ,

No I don't supply new turbo's , I have only converted a couple for my own projects really (using kamak parts)

I can only convert td05 16g's to 18g 20g /billet / there also a modified garret 60-1 wheel that they do which was the turbo that made 400bhp on another rmembers car,

cheers

here's a link to the housing you can buy, or you could just buy another standard 16g for about £70 and take the housing from that,

very easy to fit , just one bolt/clamp hold it on
