Right, was after a set of these for months and finally got my hands on a set. Re-painted the cases satin black, fitted brand new crystal outer lamps, LED side lamp bulbs fitted as well as super bright H4 100W main bulbs. Custom fitted cold air feed with duct and red trumpet.
Very good condition, passenger inner lamp has corroded slightly as they all do but nothing major.








Started to fall out of love with them and fancy going back to black crystals so am tempted to let these go.
Anybody interested ?
Not sure what to value them at (I know I know its the rules) so anyone got an idea please feel free to post it up.

Cheers buddy, still not 100% certain if I'd sell them yet but wanted to see if there was any interest and what people would be willing to pay. I know you see some go for circa £120 but these are better than most what with fresh paint, brand new outers and custom air feed.

I got the trumpet from eBay and sprayed it myself. Just search for cold air trumpet and you'll see them.

And then some 76mm (3") duct. I slid the duct over the trumpet and used a jubilee clip either side to hold plus a small amount of tiger seal for added security.


Car wise, pretty happy with it power wise at the min. Got a flywheel issue I'm working on but when that's sorted we'll see, tempted by a MD series turbo and really push the boundaries of a 5 speed

I just sold a mint set of these for 120 delivered . They had recently been respray and no rust marks . Or cracks
