2x sets of ported , coated and wrapped headers and up-pipes
hi guys
i have 2 sets of ported headers here wrapped with rcm magma wrap ,ceramic coated also underneath ( up-pipes have no cat , decat )
they have never been installed since they have been done so the porting , coating and wrap is still new , the ceramic coating is matt black
as said since the work was carried out they have never been used
midpipe is ported and smoothed out both sides manifold head ports ported on both sides manifold to mid-pipe ports also done , the up-pipe is ported and smoothed both sides also , most ports are flow matched with flat spots removed
manifold flanges and cast marks have been removed all round also
£180 per set or £330 for both
they were wrapped with thermotec wrap but put the carbon / titanium wrap from rcm on them instead
heres a pic with both but both have the magma wrap on them now
i can put either the thermotec back on or leave the rcm stuff on so whichever you prefer
thermotec
and rcm magma wrap
i can put either or back on so whichever you prefer
thermotec

both manifolds were originaly from v9 hawks so original condition was good before the work was carried out
they fit all ej20 and ej25 engines fine , from 93 to 06/07
never tried them on a hatch so couldnt comment
