Does the flange line up with the standard diagonal one Aaron? I've noticed some have a horizontal fitment and some diagonal like the standard exhaust. It's made getting an angled backbox only bloody awkward, unless you buy and chop/re-weld the flange on afterwards.

I'm not sure TBH Andy, I know that the only thing that stopped the new Revolution system lining up at the downpipe was the length of the center section but that was due to the DP length and the Revolution being designed for a standard DP. Would your standard system not be 2.5" bore anyway mate?

Your not that far away so if you wanted to come have a look and a line up I've no problem with that! I might even stretch to a coffee

Yes Matty, got the Revolution system. Had to cut the flange off this systems center section to mate up to the 3" DP as it came with a tapered flange slip joint to 2.5" and was too long.

I checked the decibels (allbeit with an app) and it was 93db.

I'm running a 3" system mate off a newage but tweaked to fit. I know what you mean re. the downpipe, mine is longer than standard so when wanting to fit the catback only it was too short

If I can come over I would, busy as **** today and weird shifts this week at work. My current backbox is for a newage but rubs terribly on the drive shaft. I've preliminarily booked in to Cobrasport to have it chopped and re-angled but if a suitable replacement came up I'd do that. But mine is a classic, I'm not sure if the angled backboxes fit under the drive shaft after my issues off a newage.

I used to have an angled backbox designed for classic in my old newage with no issues, though it was 2.5" bore.

That's the wierd thing Aaron. The angled backbox I've got now is off a newage as I swapped my straight exit one with the chap. His fitted perfect but mine rubs terribly so needs changing. Both were Cobrasport ones off newages.

Anywho, I'll not clog your thread up with my rubbing driveshaft

It keeps it near the top Andy

If you look at the photo of mine and then look at the photo of the HKS one for sale below you can see a difference in how straight they are from the flange. Which one does yours look most like?
