Composite classic firewalls and boot floor panels
I have made up a few classic rear seat back firewalls and boot floor panels from 3mm alloy composite. This has a gloss side and a matt side. It is light but much stronger than comparable alloy on its own. It has protective plastic on so its impossible to tell if there are any imperfections in the finish as I dont want to pull the protective plastic off. If there are it will be very minor, just being honest as its difficult to cut and file it without risking some small marks but I was as careful as i could be. The composite is considerably more expensive than plain alloy but as mentioned is much stronger and does not require painting or treating.
I have made this batch of boot floor panels longer than normal so that they can be used to create a diffuser if you intend cutting your bumper at the same time, if not I can shorten it.
Firewall in white £120
Firewall in black £120
Boot floor in white £105 (£110 if long version to extend into bumper for diffuser)
Boot floor in Black £105 (£110 if long version to extend into bumper for diffuser)
Picture of boot floor on my car extending onto the bumper to create a diffuser. I managed to get mine to mate nicely with the lip that was left on the bumper. All i did was rivet the panel inplace and then gently bend the section up to meet the bumper cut out making a nice smooth curve.
Prices are plus postage and paypal fees. I am happy to package these up and courier them but would be happier if you arranged your own courier.

I cant see any reason why these cant be sprayed or painted. They have a matt side and a gloss side it wiuld be just a case of keying it as normal.
I have one black firewall and one long black boot floor left. I hadnt planned to make anymore unless there is demand for a batch of 4 or 5 so this is prob it for a while.
