its a haywood & scott system.
Cant tell but maybe an afterburner vortex if it has the burnt tip.

when u look up the tail pipe the baffle is twisted which helps force the gases out the system quicker.

both the haywood @ scott and afterburner vortex have this design on them
only difference is the burnt tip on the vortex one
