No Sean the seller sent me and mark the pics for viewing and it seemed as though what was being sold was not reflected in the pics. Heres the pics for everyone else to see......not saying this is a bad buy at all here....will save the seller sending pics out to each and everyone who will be interested...

Pics were 7mb so had to desize....but as posted above they are standard valves as the subaru markings can be seen on the full size pics.

Aint i good to you lot

heads are reserved, sale pending !

these are the heads I'm selling, the heads have indeed uprated springs and steel retainers and standard size valves.
I had the rpm limit raised to 8900 with these heads, but I think they could do a little more with porting and proper intake manifold.

Thats good news mate, i hope the pictures helped in the sale. Its just that i was expecting the BC valves and was one of the main reasons i was interested.

Great price very tempted already have the bottom end but t the time of fitting 6 years ago the mechanic did not know how to fit the heads so sold them and regret every day. Unfortunately not going to hav fuds till the end of the month so will keep my fingers crossed these are still for sale. PS what else is needed to fit ? I have a 1999 subaru impreza turbo will this fit with their inlet manifold or do I need the 2004 sti one I still have ? Also is wiring needed ?

The heads will fit a 99 but the avcs wont work as the 99's dont have variable cams the only way to get them to work is syvecs ecu and a bit of wiring to controll the heads

I'm confused here are you selling standard heads or updated ones ?

As I wouldn't mind updated ones

Cheers

Steve the valves are standard and so are the heads....the only upgrade which the seller confirmed was that the springs and retainers were uprated although the seller advertised the heads having Brian Crower valves which was not true but instead these have OEM valves....dont know about the springs as there were no pics of these but the pic of retainers did not look like OEM.
