ok, i have an engine i built lont really that long ago.
it goes as follows:

sti v8 bottom end (semi closed with forged pistons/rods 425bhp handling)
sti v4 heads
comatic head gaskets (1.0mm)
arp head studs
uprated oil pump
sti v2 cam pullies (metal type)
lightened flywheel
stage 1 exedy clutch
gates belt kit with new tentioner
cam & crank sensors
light crank pullie (red)

runs mint, i fitted a 1.0mm gaskets. ran with a standard td05 16g & 500cc blue sti injectors: 341.4bhp &338ftlb torque. was mapped via jgm
done just over 2.5k, not thrashed. runs smooth & quiet

the engine cost me quite abit to build, and think £1,600 is a reasonable price to ask. paid 1k for the block alone

 

price drop, to 1.600 for all the aboth.
ive also got this nengine bolted to a p1 gear box
want 700 for that, but includes the diff, prop,gear linkage & drive shafts

at the moment, im saving it for someone on here.
but if he dont want to go through with it.

i got a pm from the person i got the block off, i throught it was an sti v7
but its the better sti v8 block with the forged rods and the pistons

so with the sti v4 heads & arp stubs. this engine is basicly bullet proof
im also leaving the sti v2 headers, and uppipe on.
