red is 2 port,the blue one is a 3 port.
Both can be used for parallel or serial setups,the 3 port one just has a less cluttered setup,as you do not need a t piece

If you are afraid of pressure dropping maybe fit a An6/An6/An8 T.
Coming from the rails with An-6, and then a short piece of An8 to the regulator.
But that would be overkill really, the hose from T to FPR being the same size as each individual injector rail hose would not be a major obstacle to flow.
