Dint think a bare bumper was that new tbh,could be wrong.

i'm new to scooby scene so don't know what they are worth but that price includes brand new professional paintwork on it to match the buyers car, and it does also say ono

Fair comment. I think you should ammend your opening post to say that the painting etc is included as it's a bit unclear at the moment.
£150 including a fresh paint job is a good deal
