Default Ebay:Aluminium Brake Cooling/Air Duct/Deflector Impreza GDA/GDB/GRB Legacy / Forester

Ebay Link: Aluminium Brake Cooling / Air Duct / Air Deflector Subaru Impreza GDA / GDB / GRB Legacy BL / BP Forester

It makes them produce a member of the club Subaru Italy ( Smteam.it ) from I.C.O.S. factory, a company that produces aluminium parts for Ducati, Ferrari, BMW and Buell. So good quality.

In Italy many Subaru owners install these pieces on thei cars; this are a good solution to reduce the overheating of the discs. Need to bring air directly to the center of the disc

Recommended!

These look like they are the mutts nuts but anyone thought about the speed bumps in this country check the last pic, don't think they would be there for long unless its track use only.

Just take the shield off the back of the disc and voila, additional cooling

You could fit some flexible ducting for a fraction of the price

I always use my STI on the road and the track sometimes.
I mounted this brake duct for a year and have not had any problems.

Aluminum are durable and never break.
Carbon instead breakage

It is absolutely not the same thing, otherwise all remove the sheet and solve the problem of fading brakes and would not have built these deflectors.

These brake deflector helps to bring the air to the center of the disc. The tubes work well but they break fast and if you use the car in the street you have to repair them often.

This brake deflectors can be mounted with the original dust shield slots, either by cutting a part off the dust shield, or removed it completely. Depends on what everyone does in his car.

I enclose some photos of three possible ways to use the brake dust shield with deflectors

With original dust shield slot:

Without:

With but cut:

Yes, all parts to fit them.
The brake deflectors are plug & play and you can fit in 30 minuts.

seems alot of money for something that hasnt had any test results posted up.
Bit of plastic and a couple of cable ties would more than likely do the same job

These deflectors are using from various teams in major competitions like the 24H Nurburgring (Nordschleife).

On race cars are assembled only things that work and serve, so if the PROVA japan team and other teams will have anything valid reason will be!

well i have searched the internet and found no info on these.so maybe you could post some links to the websites which have the information. You cant expect people to part with that amount of money for something you claim to work!!
Can you explain how these would work,as the air under the car is "dirty air ",full of loose rubber (if on a track) or dirt and grit from the road, this is then directed straight to the braking surface
As for 250kph(155mph) in a country with a 70 mph speed limit not much use and if you do hit speeds like that I would rather spend money on the brakes than on a piece of alli that MAY or MAY NOT work
