i got a long runner jdm manifold for free with the parts for my build off last owner.
is that what these go for bare ?

All JDM STI T/S and Spec C models have the same 1 piece Inlet manifold fitted.

They go for 160-170 normally - bought and sold several at the £160 mark but I guess it is a sellers market at the moment.

I feel the need to edit this comment slightly- I have bought them for £160, stripped and painted them with Wrinkle paint and sold them on in AS NEW condition for £220 but buying them second hand - £160 is about right for a bare manifold.

Would this fit my 2005 Widetrack? And possible more room to get a bigger turbo inlet in than the stock one?
