Default Tein advance street coilovers

Hello,

I have for sale a full set of tein advance street coilovers. Only recently purchased these from demon tweeks, and because they sent me the wrong coils I've had to sell them because they won't accept returns.

The fronts are brand new and never been put on my car and the rears have done 50 miles max.

These are only vehicle specific for GRB/GRF/GVB/GVF subaru models.

I'm asking for £400 delivered. but will listen to sensible offers.

Eh, they sent you the wrong parts and wont accept them as a return?

Pretty sure they can't legally do that

Yeah mate. Because I had already put the rears on even though the car hasn't gone anywhere they wouldn't take a return.

Did they send the wrong parts out or did you order wrong?

they claimed that I ordered the wrong parts in part is right and wrong on both sides. I emails them for a specific list of coilovers that would fit my car because of the different vehicle model numbers Subaru offer and so I ordered one from that list.

I'm guessing that if I hadn't of put the rears on I would of got a refund . Even so I'm not happy with the customer service at all.

The fronts are off but the rears are currently on my 2008 wrx hatch. Strangely enough they fit well on it but decided to buy new ones and sell the other ones as a package.

Hi guys again.

Here's a pic of the front coilovers.

Like I said they are brand new and never been used.

A couple of people have asked if these would fit there cars, so I thought that I'd post a pic from the tein website that states what vehicle these coilovers would fit.

will the warranty transfer on a second hand sale? unless you include the original bill of sale when selling but even with that i think it might cause problems? just something ive always wondered about

I can't see it causing a problem. But it's something I'd speak to tein about if or when someone buys them

you'd probably better finding out before as it'd help your sale considering the price difference between new with warranty & yours is not a lot

I've spoke to tein. And they've basically said to me that if the customer can provide a proof of purchase then the warranty will be still valid.

I'll send them an email and see what they can do. But he did say to me on the phone that that is their policy when it comes to these things.
