Smile Classic GAB shocks, springs, oil cooler, HKS

HKS Super Drager Backbox, superb sounding box, close to Nur Spec sound, nice bark under load. 3" pipework that will require either a flange welding on or sleeved centre section.

Price wise, will listen to sensible offers, i'm after a decent set of headers if anyone's keen on a swap/trade off.

Located in Grantham, Lincolnshire, collection welcome, prices dont include fees if you prefer paypal.
HKS backbox £120 + postage

Just for note.... those eibach springs fitted to stock classic shocks do not lower the car. It'll drive alot better but won't lower it.

Cheers for the info Matt. Wasnt sure when I got them off Carl but when I googled the part numbers most said 30mm.

Not too fussed if they sell or not, was just clearing out all the stuff I'm no longer going to use.

No worries fella. The springs originally came from me, we tried them on my car but it didn't lower it on the standard shocks so Carl took them off my hands.
They will improve ride over the standard springs so a good buy for someone not wanting a lower stance

Hi Matty, on which shocks will they lower the 30mm? Do you know? Also when we say improve the ride what does that mean? Are they more forgiving than the standard springs? My springs are quite stiff..

I posted a link to some info on post 3 mate, have a read.

I bought these off a mate, who ultimately got them off Matty, so obviously I trust what he says.

I think they need to be classed as an uprated standard spring, stiffer with less body roll. Just seems odd that on the same part number lads say it lowered the car, but as I've not fitted them and dont plan to its hard to be certain.

Sorry, missed this...

I fitted them to completely stock classic black shocks. If you do a bit of searching on Google you'll find some info about them not lowering etc etc..

But as said, they will offer better ride over standard springs. A bit firmer etc ... good price at £50 too...

Something that has just crossed my mind though is that standard black classic shocks and springs are getting on a bit now so some degree of 'sag' could be apparent...

thanks, are they more comfortable than the standard springs? the issue with mine is they are too harsh on the bumpy roads.

Standard shocks and springs shouldn't be 'harsh'.... are you sure there isn't an issue with the shock itself.

PROSS, you're inbox is full so I cant reply.

The springs on them are lowering springs mate. I have a pic of the car they came off and theyre around a 30mm drop and sit perfect. I forgot I had them listed on here as theyre listed elsewhere, which i've updated the info on.

Sorry been offline for a while. Not exactly standard, these have been replaced before with the KYB Excel G which should be the standard replacement. Shocks are fine but the ride is harsh.
