Does the knock link stay plugged in to the cig lighter? Or is there another way to wire?

Could wire it like any other accessory by tapping into a switched live. The one on the back of the lighter socket for example.

Can the sensor replace the subaru sensor? Just leave the subaru one unplugged.

Price reduced to £155 for the knock analyser. These cost £282 new!
It's far cheaper than a rebuild should something go wrong
A small price to pay for peace of mind

Completely off topic, but it's the very reason I rarely sell anything on forums, but...
Why do people say they're going to buy ones items then make up the most ridiculous excuses not to buy them?
I mean you wouldn't walk into Tescos then fill your trolley with food then get to the checkout and then say "I've changed my mind" I don't want this. You just wouldn't, would you?
For some mad reason it seems acceptable to do it on here though :/ Crazy!
I've only advertised two items and they've been sold a hundred times but only one guy had the decency to actually turn up and buy what he said he would (thanks).
Still waiting for the person who offered to buy the knock analyser to pay, although I'm not holding my breath
