K sport 8 pot calipers and 356 mm discs.
Treated myself to 6 pot AP's with 355mm discs on the hatch today (thanks Godspeed ) so now have the following for sale:
K sport 8 pot calipers (black) with 356mm discs and Pagid RS29 pads. Purchased in September 2013 by the previous owner (all receipts to back up) and have covered 12,000 miles.
The guys at Godspeed stripped them and cleaned them today and confirmed that the calipers and pistons are in good order. There is plenty of life in the pads but Ian has estimated that the discs are probably half way through there life span. The grooves are quite low in places. (The RS29's are a hard pad!)
Why have I changed? Well I have had AP's before and I love them, they are fit and forget! The K sport's work very well to be fair but aren't as robust and do need a strip and degunge a couple of times a year to keep them sweet. Not a big job, easy to do yourself or an hours labour at your local garage. Its just that I work abroad a lot and this is my wife's daily driver when I am away so she doesn't need that hassle.
This kit retails for £1200 with the Pagid RS29.
Update:
The calipers are in very good condition but look a bit scruffy as the K sport logos have weathered. However, I am willing to get these calipers professionally painted in the colour of a buyers choice.
