the gauges are useless without the senders as different prosport gauges use different senders.
also the wiring is needed as they run on a multiplug and without this it cannot be wired in.

Can each not just be given 12V when the car is running to function, obviously with the senders too?

they have a clip in multi plug for power and another for the senders, no way you can wire anything in without them.
basically you need gauges,senders and wiring plug for power and wiring plug for sender

Sale fell threw for the Other gauges i wanted so gauges are no longer for sale..
