Hi mate. Interested...
My 17s have a slightly further out offset of 8mm at ET45, so I assume they should fit okay?
Do you know what the typical price guide is for replacement discs. And a decent place (cost wise) to get them?
What make/brand pads are fitted and how much meat left?
Cheers.

Make of pads is unknown as can't see any makings.
Disc's vary from £175-300 each and pads £80-180.

Blimey. Whilst I knew the discs wouldn't be cheap, I didn't realise they'd be that much... Each!
But I guess the kit, when new, was anywhere between £1.5 to 2.5k, so would make sense, I guess.
Do you have the product code of your particular AP kit? That way I could try to find out, for sure, the discs' price...
