subaru v4 wrx type r
time has come to move on so now up for sale
imported in 2007 so not rot or rust to worry about.
105k miles on the clock mix of kilometers and miles.
bodywork is in really good condition just had some work done to sort out usual dinks and stone chips (subaru bit stink on the amount of paint they put on i think)
has 9 months mot tax til end of august.
bottom end failure resulted in
Engine being bought from hdc,which was a freshly built v4 sti bottom end with cosworth piston and rods.new oil modine all gaskets seals replaced.
cambelt and water pump changed at the same time and pulleys.
engine has now done its 2.5k running in stint and has been faultless.
just changed oil and filter.

scoobyworld full decat exhaust
toad alarm
omp steering wheel
light weight anodised pulleys
reverse bonnet grill
rb5 prodrive alloys with yokohoma parada spec 2 tyres refurbed in black absolutely mint.tyres near new.
sti v5 pink shocks with adjustable damping and tein springs,painted red now to match the 4 pot calipers.
drilled grooved discs with ferodo pads.


Theres 2 ways i can spec the car for sale, i also have a full set of newage brembos with discs and fast road pads.complete with rear fitting kit to allow hand brake shoe to fit the bigger disc.
and a set of revolution millenium alloys 17 with brand new 100 mile bridgestone potenza tyres to clear the brembos without a need for wheel spacers.
or the car can be purchased how it currently is on the standard brakes and rb5 alloys.
i'd like £5500 as it is or someone willing to buy with the brembos and revs £6100
£600 for full set of brembos and revs is a bargain and will be only done if bought with the car. if not there being sold seperately.
if i,m totally honest the car could do with a remap now its ran in and can get this done for the new owner, my friend has an apexi unit for sale which i can get mapped but obviously i'd want more for the car than the asking price. all this can be agreed with a potential buyer.
This is a lovely car will be a shame to see it go but have get rid of this itch for another car not mentioning what though lol.

Yes car has had a lot of money put into it since I bought it, both sides of the car have been completely re sprayed to get rid of the stone chips and car park dings and the common chips round the doors.
Wheels transform the look aswell over the standard ones. Can always buy it back lol

Beautiful car, and with a fresh rebuild for peace of mind backing it up, it should well be good engine wise for a good few years.

i used to own this car and can confirm shell was 100% rot free and never damaged/repaired when i sold it around 3/4 years ago i would imagine the recent paint was to tidy up stone chips

Yes no damage car is 15 years old and deserved a tidy up the chips and light scratches let it down so I had it sorted to bring it back to its former glory

Car is now booked in for remap with Duncan race dynamics next Wednesday on an esl daughterboard. Hopefully might gain some interest as a few people pm'd wanted it doing for peice of mind.

Remapped this evening by Duncan racedynamix on esl daughterboard twin maps, mafless
Road mapped and estimated 320 -325 bhp
Everything running spot on now I might even keep lol
