Default 475bhp 2005 sti for sale

Time for a change so I am testing the water putting my 2005 (54 plate) sti type uk impreza for sale which originally came with the PPP kit.
Car comes with all the normal sti stuff like wide track suspension, 6 speed ,dccd , air con etc

Car has now done about 74k and I am the fourth owner having owned it for 5 years and all the mods have been done in my ownership. Mileage will creep up as used at weekends.
Car was mot’d last month in may 2013 and has 6 months tax. Tax for the year is £270 and has fsh
Car is in very good condition apart from usual stone chips to front as is with these cars as it does get used.

List of mods and I might miss some things out.

Engine
Original scd 2.0 block now 2.14 in size with Mahle pistons, manley rods, acl race bearings, arp head studs. This work was carried out by TFS racing in 2011 because i wanted the safety of forged internals and more power.
At the time it also had new water pump, Rcm uprated oil pump, cosworth gaskets, cosworth baffled sump, Subaru gasket set, oil cooler, car already had a decat 3’’ milltek and gt spec headers wrapped, 255 fuel pump was replaced with a new one. 800cc inj’s, Ap organic clutch, group N gearbox mount and new engine mounts, parallel fuel lines, 3 port solenoid, fpr, samco and forge hoses.
Car had already had via me in 2010 an APS 725 fmic.
JGM installed and mapped the simtek ecu with a/l and dual maps. Haven't got round to the alcatek update yet.
In January 2012 I had the engine lifted and sent to Paul Finch Motorsport to look into an oil leak and also to see why the engine didn’t make the power it should. He cleaned up the heads and replaced the cams and three valves as these had worn.
All new gaskets including cosworth head gaskets were put on again and since then I have done about 6k miles again with no problems....the engine is running very sweet.
During this time pipes heat sleeved etc
It now sports a GT30 on a an RCM twisted kit with Tial 44mm external wastegate and RCM intake and had a new catch can fitted last year as well. Exapnsion tank moved slightly.
Car now produces 475bhp and 435lb torque at 1.8 bar on V power. Car could be pushed to about 2 bar but its quick enough in my opinion.
Brand new Battery just fitted.
At least 3 oil changes since this work and the last in May 2013 always with 10w60 millers or fuchs oil.
Always run on Vpower, warmed up and down each journey.

Drivetrain
AST coilovers with top adjustment. The two rear shocks were rebuilt by powerstation in march 2013 and new springs fitted.
Whiteline 22mm front arb
Whiteline 24mm rear arb- new bushes fitted may 2013
Whiteline drop links front and rear
Whiteline anti lift kit

Brakes
Porsche 355mm front with 6 month old ap discs and orange stuff pads
Standard size rears but upgraded last year with new dimpled discs and orange stuff pads, callipers painted red to match fronts.
Wheels are 8x18 speedline turini’s in anthracite with toyo t1r tyres (235/40)
Exterior
Carbon front spoiler (is cracked though and could do with replacement)
Carbon mirrors (originals come with car)
Carbon upper rear roof spoiler
2006 rear under bumper diffuser
Wr1 lower front grill
De tangoed all round
Piaa wipers and horns, new this year

Interior
Harness bar and Omp harnesses
Pioneer double din stereo with sat nav etc
Infinity speakers ,lightweight dynamat in front doors
Propsport gauges (oil temp gauge and pressure not working due I think to need a new sensor which I have and not fitted yet)
Scoobyworld mat set
Fire extinguisher
Tracker
Car does come with a box file of documentation and both keys etc
Private plate not included
Price is £12995 ovvno. Its cost me many ££££ more than this as the bills show.
Please don’t post saying its not worth this or that...its what i feel its worth and what I will contemplate letting it go for.
I am in east Sussex. No one drives apart from me unless insurance certificate is shown, sorry.
I am in no hurry to sell and if it stays unsold then so be it.
Even writing this Ad makes me wonder if I’m mad to let her go!
Please PM me initially with interest or questions as I work shifts, thanks.

Tim

Know Tim well and he's a thoroughly decent bloke, wish i could afford to buy it myself. The car is very well known on South East Scoobies (for all the right reasons!)

Good luck with the sale mate.

The power delivery on the road is immense. It pulls like a train. A lot of thought went into this build and someone will end up with an awesome car. Just wish it was me!!

Good luck with it Tim.

they came with good bolts that link to the seatbelt hooks under the seat so as they are standard fixing points I went for those.

This is an amazing car, with time and care taken in the build and selection of parts.
Someone will get a cracking car! Only wish I had the folding and it was me!

I hope she finds a home that will look after her as much as you have.

Good luck with the sale Tim.
