Default 2000 Forester S turbo Forged.

Well with the new arrival due today (WRX STI 330s) old faithful has to go as i'm going back to running one car.
Subaru Forester S turbo auto.
MY 2000
118k, but forged engine fitted 20k ago
tax June 30th
MOT oct nov 2013.
We purchased the car off a freind four years ago, the head gasket failed a year later at the same time we were offered a 2nd hand forged enging with 5k miles on it, from a freind who wrote his car off & was breaking it for parts, It had a v9 crank, rods & forged pistons with ACL bearings, & uprated headgaskets,it also has v5/6 STI heads, as its never faulted in the 20k its been fitted in the Forester.
Spec.
2lts forged engine with v5/6 sti heads
255ltr fuel pump
Tein rear coil overs
Decat down pipe
Magnex cat back exhaust
Hawkeye alloys
Front 4 pots with slotted discs
Hawkeye front seats
HID headlights

There is an issue where the car has been repeatly jacked up on the rear of the sills, which have corroded, & crumbled, these will need welding for its next MOT,nothing too major, but apart from that its a great car & execllent workhorse, & does turn some heads as there aren't many around which sport the full bodykit.
Looking for £950 ,
The car has been used as a daily driver & has a few dings here & there, but the overal condition is good for a 13yr old daily driver. I also have two front blob STI struts & springs to go with the car that i never got round to fitting. NOTE* The head unit won't be sold with the car but i will fit a replacement unit.
Cheers
Mark.

It was built by a lad why used to work for ASP, it has a little slap on start up but clears after several mins, it does use a bit oil, 1/2 ltr between oil changes (5,000miles)

what a stupid thing to say, if it was built by somewhere reputable then its worth the money being asked and prob more, however if it was built by dodgy bob the carpenter 2 doors down who has never seen the inside of an engine the car is pretty much worthless, judging by the fact it has some slap and uses oil it seems that's the case!!!

For the record, it has had the start up slap since it was built by AS Performance & has always use a small amount of oil.
But it SOLD about 20mins ago anyway, thanks for the interest.

1 Its been in the car for 20k miles, so bob the carpenter obviously didn't build it!
2 All forged builds slap and a lot of non forged do also(it aint a problem no matter what anyone says!)
And 3 ITS 950 Quid man!
