Swap: Saab 9-3 for Subaru?
About 18mths ago I swapped my classic MY00 for a Saab 9-3 Aero.
Different beast obviously.
Just moved house Saab can't get on steep drive.
Looking to swap back. Impreza/Forester considered?
Here's the original ad:

Saab doesn't look much different to those pics.
Since I bought it spent about 2.5k more on it:
Clutch (uprated Viggen)
Service inc. sump drop
Front shocks
Handbrake
Oil lines
Replacement SID - info display
etc. lot more I've forgotten
Every toy working perfectly - lots of toys.
Just would like to get on my drive tbh. Last Impreza I had for 4.5 yrs love to have another, however also keen on Foresters as well.
Two bad points:
lost jacking point cover drivers side front somehow
exhaust slightly blowing from front - not fixed yet as I quite like it a bit noisier!
So, any swaps considered. Different animal to a scooby, I love it it's quite a sleeper. Looks good, loads of toys fast as you need? Don't get the boy racers up your **** all the time.
To give you an idea of performance an E46 M3 couldn't shake me in 3rd/4th at all not long after I swapped the scoob for this. Enjoyed seeing his incredulous look at the next lights...
No problem if you want more/newer pics, just ask.

Funny enough I swapped my Saab 9-3 aero which was the most tuned abboott racing demo car in the uk for a scooby which i then sold And now I am selling my subaru again lol.
I do miss my Saab different car completely.
Good luck, let me know if you are interested in mine.

I am selling my wrx wagon as I now have a new version which I am keeping as I cant keep 2. I have tax till next year and mot till April 2012. I have recently serviced the car and had no intention of seeling but things change.
I have also just fitted a Clifford concept 650 cat 1 alarm.
I have a facelift front end and sti suspension which can be negotiated into the sale.
I am after £1750 which I see as reasonable given the condition and mileage on the car it says just over 100k but I was told that over half of that was in kms so that makes it around 80000 miles on the clock.
Being auto this makes a brilliant winter car and is a lot easier to drive in the snow than a manual.
I am flexable on the price as I need it gone but just had a new baby so really busy at the mo.
The car is 17 years old so its not as new but is solid and the previous owner was a v8 specialist and this was his run around car so everything was kept tip top.

Loved that car and freekishly quick even for a remapped Aero. GLWST.
Got a mate at work with a very clean standard UK dark blue saloon that could be interested in a deal. Will have a word with him tmz.
Would be tempted to buy back myself having just sold my Hawk, but your just too far from me, and probably getting a Clio 172 later today all going well.
