Default 2003 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI JDM

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISA...E:B:EF:GB:1123

You are looking at my pride and joy which is now reluctantly up for sale. I have owned this car for seven years.

I bought this car in July 2004 with the one previous owner being in Japan, It had 12000 miles on the clock, and the mileage is currently 58000 miles. This is the 2003 WRX STI JDM model with DCCD, Xenon Headlights I/C water spray , 8500RPM, same as the SPEC C minus the roof vent.

The car has full detailed documented service history and has been meticulously cared for regardless of cost.

This car has always been warmed up and cooled down properly and for the last 3 years hasn’t seen the winter months. It has always run on shell V POWER, the car is a weekend car and has never seen a track, I do not commute to work in this car as I only work 5 minutes down the road.

The car is dressed in VALENTINO ROSSI stickers as I am an avid fan and when he’s not in MOTO GP he drives the same model Scooby, stickers can be removed and have not faded as car is always garaged , if a potential buyer wishes for a different name stickers let me know and I can do the stickers for you.

NOW FOR THE INTERESTING PART:-

The car has been diligently and meticulously prepared by two of the NORTH WESTS leading Subaru Specialists COTTON COMPETITION and TEG SPORT BRITISH RALLY SPECIALISTS .

It consists of the following:

NEW 2.5 LITRE BOTTOM END WITH NITRATED CRANK, (completed at 50,000mls along with new cambelt )

GT-SPEC HEADERS (wrapped)

800 INJECTORS

MD-321-T TURBO

MILLTEK 3” STRAIGHT THROUGH EXHAUST

UP RATED FUEL PUMP

FORGED PISTONS

ROGER CLARK INDUCTION KIT

IRIDIUM SPARK PLUGS

EIBACH SPRINGS

SIMTEK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH ANTI LAG AND LAUNCH CONTROL. WITH TWO STAGE FUELING, SET FOR SHELL- V- POWER BUT IF NOT AVAILABLE CAN RESET FOR NORMAL FUEL.

The car currently produces 400bhp 440 ft/lb and (paper work to prove) unbelievable performance.

The car can also stop on a dime, the brakes are uprated to POWER STATIONS PORSCHE 6 POT CALIPERS which complement the 355mm AP DISCS and fast road padgid pads. These really are amazing brakes, new pads just fitted 15/07/2011. Purchased from POWER STATION.

The car has always been serviced every 6,000mls using SILKOLENE PRO R OR MILLERS 15w 50 oil used , in conjunction with diff oil and gear oil every receipt kept, the car is in pristine condition drives like new and the interior is completely unmarked and as new, , it has recently had a new set of BBS CH003 18” WHEELS FIT WITH BRAND NEW TYRES with full geometry set up by Revolution, Gateshead. FYI – The yellow bits around the tyres were a transfer put on for a photo shoot and are now peeling off. When I get a day off i will set to with the wife’s hairdryer and peel them off fully. There is no damage to any of the tyres.

Unfortunately it sticks in my throat to say it but two of the wheels have been scuffed, (Nearside front and rear), my wife won’t let me throw any more money at it so unfortunately not repaired, there is the usual slight stone chips to the front with a 1” scratch on the bonnet as a result of a stone on the motorway.

This car has always been valeted by me and only the best products used, washed properly dried properly, polished and waxed properly, and never cleaned or polished on a sunny day. It has always been garaged on carpet and under a specially made cotton cover!

Please note, I am 38 and a father of two young children and a Subaru fanatic and have treated this car with the utmost respect equally cherishing this car for seven years however I move house soon and it can't come with me so it is a genuine reason for sale, I can honestly say whoever buys this car will not be disappointed it wants for nothing apart from fuel. I will not let anyone eat in this car and am a Non-smoker.

I have every receipt for this car along with log book current MOT which has just been done and expires in OCT 2012, two sets of keys and service history book. There is also 6 months tax.

I welcome any inspection of the car and require a valid insurance certificate for test drive, I will not allow test drive unaccompanied or without proof of insurance.

The private plate N50 WRC is also included in the sale.

This is genuine supercar performance for a nominal fee.

Car also has tracker fitted to it with cat 1 Alarm by Cobra.

Thank you for reading.

This is my friends car, if you want any info PM me and I'll get back to you ASAP. The car is MINT and if I had the cash it would be mine. He is open to offers of around 10,500, he knows what its worth and it would be such a shame to break the car.

Thanks

I think you heard it wrong,no offence but 2ltr JDM engine is far more reliable than UK 2,5. I dont know this from my own expirince but from numerous topics here on SN.

I was just curious about the ideas behind the change

Ronnie you know the cranks in the JDM's are better dont you? (twin scroll) also what was the reason behind your 2ltr JDM (what year car?) letting go?

All the work on Marks car has been done at TEG motorsport, they do all rally cars. He did got the 2.5 bottom end because I'm sure some guy messed up the map on the original one that was in. The car is faultless. All the work was done at TEG so if you are worried give them a call and they'll explain everything for you.
