Default Lovely 2006 Sti

Hi folks,

This is my 2006 Hawkeye Sti. It will be properly for sale in a couple of weeks when I'm back home, so really just gauging interest, but it WILL bed for sale.

This truly is a lovely example of a 2006 Hawkeye Sti with low mileage, full service history and a good but reliable and strong spec / power and torque output.

Heres the specs......

2006 Wrx Sti UK spec Hawkeye Sti in Wrc Blue,
38,500 miles (will rise slightly)
Full Subaru / Xtreme scoobies service history with recent service,
Just had the 50,000 / 5 year cambelt done by Xtreme scoobies,
18" Genuine Prodrive PFF7 alloys in gold all with loads of tread,
Genuine STi front lip spoiler,
Blue mudflaps with pink STi logo,
Tinted rear windows
Fully detailed inside and out.

Engine spec:

370 bhp / 380 lbft with printouts,
Remapped by Bob Rawle,
Wallbro Fuel pump
Full RCM Exhaust system wit sports cat (v.quiet on idle, loud on the gas),
Heat wrapped downpipe,
HKS SSQV 3 BOV
RCM induction kit
RCM radiator cool panel guide
RCM Carbon fibre alternator cover
Real Carbon fibre air intake
Samco Auxillery hoses
Samco induction hose
Genuine HKS oil filler cap
D1 Spec Expansion tank filler cap
'Impreza Sti' embossed battery clamp (from Scoobyparts)

Interior:

Full defi gauge set (Boost, oil temp, oil pressure) with genuine defi gauge pod (will also come with spare defi oil pressure gauge),
HKS turbo timer,
Blue and pink Sti mat set,
Immaculate seats and interior (not a single mark on seats)
Standard stereo system

This really is a lovely example of a UK spec Sti with no chavvy mods inside or out. Those of you that go to the Essex scooby monthly meets would have probably seen it and will know how clean it is. The inetrior is completely unblemished and is regularly cleaned. Car will come with a BRAND NEW GENUINE new car smell magic tree air freshener!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only the best parts have been used on this car and anything that has been carried out has been done by Paul @ Extreme scoobies or Subaru main dealer. The car gets cleaned on a weekly basis, inside and out, including the engine bay and boot. This is my second Subaru, the first being a P1. The car is driven on weekends only. Paul at Extreme Scoobies has recently used this car for his new company adverts.

Bad points - One VERY small scuff on front alloy (you woulden't see it if I didn't point it out)

£12,500 no offers. Car comes as seen with everything listed above.

May consider a big power classic in part ex or something interesting. I'm moving to having two cars, a run around for during the week and something a bit naughty for the weekend.

Car is located in Chelmsford, Essex and, once its up for sale in a couple of weeks, can be viewed at any time as I have a few weeks off work. Please Feel free to PM on here, e-mail me at petefaiers_11@hotmail.com or text / call me on 07780116701.

Thanks for looking,

Pete

Hi mate,

Many thanks for the offer. Car looks mint, but I'm really not an Evo fan (with the exception of the TME) and am not looking to spend any more. Best of luck with the sale buddy.

Good looking car ! Best of luck with the sale mate !

I actually tried to buy this car off the previous owner but you beat me to it. LOL ! How come you didn't keep it very long ? I know your reason for sale but why not use this as the weekend toy and buy a run around too !!!!

Had you been a little lower price wise I may have been interested.....

But good luck again !!!!

Ricky !

Haha, I saw it and instantly fell in love with it!! You obviously have good taste aswell bud!!

To be honest, because of my job, I only come home at weekends, which means I drive the Scooby too and from work (fair bit of mileage.) Before this, I owned a P1 and preferred it so I'm looking to go back to a classic. The P1 seemed rawer, not as refined, which I prefer. The P1 was also just more fun to drive. The Hawkeye is smoother and has a smoother power band, but I liked the sudden urge of the P1.

You probably know how much I bought the car for, so you'll know that i'm already selling it at a loss, and the parts I've put on it are worth a fair whack themselves, aswell as the recent cambelt / service. If you change your mind Ricky, give me a shout mate.

Cheers,
Pete

Just had its MOT and flew through it so now has a years MOT. Just put 6 months tax on it aswell.

It also now has a Pioneer Stereo with Ipod connection and 2 8inch pioneer subs built into the back of the boot, thus leaving most of the boot free!

£12,500 but will consider offers VERY VERY close to this.

Test drove a friends corsa VXR arctic last night and totally fell i love with it, so could be tempted with a part-ex on one, or, if its nice enough, a swap.

Ooops, forgot to say guys. I can also be negotiated on the price by taking out things and replacing them with the originals i.e samco's, dump valve, carbon bits, defi's, stereo, front lip (removed) etc. Only thing I can't change is the exhaust as I don't have the original!

Even as a totally standard car with just the exhaust and remap, its a beaut.

New price of £12,250 ono for the car as you see it, with everything listed.

Hi, can you tell me the date of registration or does this fall into the £440 road tax per year? I am looking for a Hawkeye as my WRX is now sold.

Have a free bump for what looks like a serious mint car. GLWTS. However. . . if you do take some goodies off (specifically the carbon intake and aux belt cover) then PM me a price I will more then likely relieve you of those!!

Still hope she goes to a good home as she is to be pampered for more years!

Cheers Shurm, I know cars registered after 26 Mach 06 will fall into the £440 per annum. But cars registered 1 March - 25 March still 06 will be £260 hence the question.

Hey folks,

Thanks for the nice comments, she's most certainly a good un'!

The car falls into the £440 tax bracket. However, I have literally (as in 8 days ago) just put 6 months on it, so the potential buyer doesn't have to worry about it for another 6 months.

Just in case anyone was wondering. I can return the engine bay back to standard (except for the air filter) which will reduce the price to £11,850

Thanks,

Peter.

Will listen to offers guys, but please no silly ones. Got offered £10,500 earlier, which is too low and was declined.
