'X' Plate Classic, Show Condition, Enthusiast Owned (BACK UP FR SALE)

Show'N'Shine Trophy Winner at JapBash 2009.
Very Genuine car, with all modification in-keeping with Subaru/STi/Prodrive upgrades/Style

Current owner since Feb 2003
Purchased with 16,000 miles, currently covered 54,700 miles.
Always Garaged.
Low mileage each of the 7 years owned, last couple of years only covering 2500-3000miles.
As far as I know the car has seen no paintwork, just lots and lots of polish.
The only paint I have had done are the rear spoiler and side skirts (approx 6.5 years ago).
Any sign of a door ding always gets paintless dent guy's to correct.
HPI clear, with 2 HPI reports in the service history folder.
All basic servicing has been performed myself with everything logged in it's History Folder.
Has 2 A4 ring binders containing all the history and pretty much everything I have bought for it, from Oil Filters to Turbo's, Wheels etc...etc...
All old MOT's and, all old Tax disks.
There's only 1 mechanic (Ex-Ralliart) who I let touch it, and even then I am nervous about letting it out of my sight.
Gearbox Bearing done at 21,000 miles.
Clutch done at same time as above.
Cam Belt done at same time as above.

I know it's not a P1 and it's not an STi, but it has more/higher spec components added then most of them.
Very reuctant sale, but selling as run out of sensible things to do, have got it so clean over the years I am now scared about getting it dirty. I also want to move to the newer Hawkeye STi (and start again).
