Default Subaru Impreza STI R205

Originally imported this for myself but I'm struggling to register it so need it gone as i need a car i can use, great opportunity for someone who has spare cash lying about or can get it registered (I've heard its possible)
I know of on of these that have recently sold for 35k
Rare R205
only 400 made this is number 200
72,000km - 42,000 miles
Six Pot brakes on front as standard and 4 pots on rear
xenon headlamps
stunning condition
any inspection welcome
was a grade 4B i have auction sheet
comes with 2 keys and full service history (Japanese)
I have all the export certificates and Nova (all duty has been paid)

I spent £1000 on having it prepared for IVA from Specialised shipping services (google them they offer IVA services)

priced to sell £18,000 this cost me more

If you need any more information i'm on 07827914549 no calls after 9pm please

If you've had the IVA work done then whats the issue in registering the car? Also what year is it?

its a 2010, i had it prepared for IVA however they wouldn't test as TDN numbers missing on export certificate apparently subaru didn't put TDN numbers on special edition cars like R205/RAR/SPEC C the one registered here are over 10 years old so no need for IVA this will be 10 years old in 2020 so no need for IVA after that.

Specialised Shipping Services prepped my 09 Spec C earlier this year for IVA no problems other than taking 3 months for a IVA test date.

After jumping through all the hoops all it has on the V5 is Subaru hatch 5 door, so all the spec c r205 etc means nothing on paper.

2009 wouldn't be a problem as it wouldnt need IVA under 10 year rule either that or your export had TDN numbers on.

you was one of the lucky ones, i know of another guy who had issues with his 2009 spec c

Its not 10years old until August 2019, so needed an IVA test as it was tested in June 2018.

VERY tempting. Shame it has standard seats. If I had storage room I'd be right in with an offer or exchange for my yellow hatch spec c.

Lovely looking car, but those floor mats are horrible.

Wish I had the cash to buy, good luck with it.

Seriously considered it, even as far as storage and transport, but realised I would have a personal conflict between driving it,and worrying about driving a limited edition. But it is a bargain.
