Yes you are right mate. But had to change all the tyres and semi slicks don't come cheap around here, The car has been fully serviced with every juice ad filters being replaced, put a new clutch on it, insurance and had it professionally detailed. North Cyprus is quite expensive if you ever came around

I wished i lived in the UK. I have not seen a 22B for that price ever. Thats a bargain of a life time. Some one should grab it ASAP Can you pm me the details as my friend is looking for a good priced one suitable for his budget. We have to pay so much for customs and tax here. I wanted to get the new M3 that cost 57K UK and here it cost nearly 100K GBP. The ******* government is ripping us off

If you check on few comments before i explained the things that was done on the car so the purchase price wan not applicable anymore as you would appreciate. I have got the car for a good deal but unfortunately had to spend a lot to bring it back the way it was suppose to be at the first place. Thats why the purchase price was removed. If the buyers wants the invoices for what has been spent on the car he will get it when he purchases the car. He will see the details and the amount that has been spent on it. I am not after making profit but not willing to loose money on it. So open to sensible offers

Note that a UK buyer will have to pay import duty and VAT to import this from North Cyprus as it doesn't belong to the EU so you will have better luck selling this elsewhere as it won't make it any more attractive than importing from Japan.

Yeah you have plenty there so start looking I wouldnt be careless if the jdm importer got it for 1000 quid to be honest you preety well now what the car is worth now. So he was a wise guy and made a good profit buying it from Japan in 2007 and keeping for many years selling it 2015.

I don't understand the negativity, why does it matter if he bought it for £8,000 or £40,000. The seller has put it up for £40,000 and that's his choice.
The car is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it so who cares if he makes a big or small profit.
Someone can offer a lower amount and the seller is entitled to say no or can accept it but at the end of the day its his choice what it goes for.
Its like all these threads about cars being bought by the likes of Clives Perfomance. Most times I have seen them advertised on here or pistonheads etc and its Clives Performance that snapped them up. Others could of done so but they didn't so if Clives and other dealers are gonna mark up the price then so be it, they took the plunge and bought the car in the first place.
Others could of jumped in beforehand and bought them but they didnt.
So good luck with the sale mate and I hope you get exactly what your after or as close to it as you can.
And if you get £40k from a dealer who then puts a £20k mark up on it then who cares you get your asking price

As you said it is there priced for who ever thinks it right, if not they don't have to buy it
If you are around by any chance come and see the car in person and enjoy the beautiful sun here in Cyprus. We are hospitable people on the island so we can offer you some nice Cypriot food to and Cypriot hospitality. Don't be stuck on numbers all the time
I saw few ads before on piston heads and they were over 40K. So please who ever is interested in my 22B, instead of criticizing make some sensible offers and see if you could own this beautiful work of engineering. This is the market for this car here in Cyprus and apparently for some in UK. As i said in the beginning of the thread it is a no rush process for me, when the wright buyer comes with the wright offer at the a wright time they are going to be the lucky owner
Thank you for the back up Jukesy007

This is pretty typical of decent limited edition sporty cars in the UK, RS and Cosworth fords are similar, after 6 or 7 years they reach a low price point, then start to appreciate - better investment than a bank that's for sure.
