Hello all, I'm sorry for all confusion with 2 adverts I don't know how this happened, as for anyone that hasn't had replies, I have been bombarded with pm's of questions and offers
I am a genuine buyer and am currently discussing a deal with someone on hear but I'm in no rush as very unsure at the moment what to do

I meant seller not buyer and I'm very unsure about selling, the chap that wants to buy is in no rush and I said I would give him first refusal, hopefully that might help with your confusion thanks
